Hi, I'm Annemarie!

I have worked and lived in 3 countries (Italy, Netherlands & currently Belgium) so far! 

Who knows what else may be coming… I've had the luck to work in different professional environments, the past 15 years for a multinational US rooted company represented in 70 countries in an HR, Learning & Development role in Europe/Middle East/Africa. I speak multiple languages (Dutch, English, Italian, German, French). 

I LOVE to work with people & teams from all kinds of levels/ages and backgrounds/cultures, supporting them on their development/growth journey. As long as there is some kind of development/growth component in the work that I do, you already make me happy (and my intent is to make other people happy with that as well ;) and achieve individual and common goals. 

In my most recent corporate role, I have seen many people/employees/teams at all stages of their lives/existences juggling work/career/team related issues that were able to leap forward and take their lives to the next level through individual and/or teamcoaching.

It would be wonderful if everyone could do that on its own and in the meantime it is a luxury when you can work with someone that can support you with it, challenge you and cheer for you to reach your individual/team goals.

Method
You can book a free 45 minute intro session through the button under each topic. In this session we will discuss your needs. I will explain how I work and the tools involved in your request.

Trust is an important foundation for your decision to work together and start your individual/team journey or any other customised solution. This first meeting will help you understand where you are, what you want to achieve and decide if the ideal solution is an individual, team or custom coaching solution.

Practical matters

• The intro session will last up to 45 minutes, so make sure you book 1 hour on your calendar to make the most out of your time. Save the last 15 minutes for a reflection.
• Prior to the meeting, I will connect with you to confirm the appointment. The intro session will take place virtually in most cases after which we can decide how to continue
• IMPORTANT: For paid individual sessions -> a cancelation of an appointment by email or WhatsApp must take place at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cost. After that there's a 100% cancelation fee.
• IMPORTANT: For team sessions -> cancelation must happen at least 5 days in advance. Sessions involving retreats cannot be refunded unless canceled 2 months in advance.
