46 % of what we do in our daily lives is out of habit and there's nothing wrong with that.

Sometimes people work with me because they simply want to understand themselves better, develop themselves emotionally, understand others better, know how to work better together, while looking at their own and other’s strengths and talents.
Another reason that clients connect with me is because of the feeling they experience of being STUCK. I will help you to clarify what is going on in your head (think of your head with your brain/emotions/feelings/needs/barriers as a bowl of spaghetti that needs to be disentangled). Since change is challenging, you may need encouragement not to give up and always experience new impulses to continue your journey.
However it will always be YOU who will find the right answers and not me, your coach. I will support you to go through your process and make your decisions towards the best solutions, because the best solutions are only the ones that work for you.
There's a difference between wanting change in your life and working on the change, even if it sounds scary and something you would like to avoid. ALL OF THIS IS part of COACHING.
Remember that coaching is not therapy where we focus on past traumas. However, it doesn't mean that the barriers can't pop up during a session.
What's important to understand is that coaching is always focused on the present and future. A lot of the change is in you and comes down to behavioural change, no matter what focus area you are looking at.
