✨What is on the #2023 MENU ? for YOU?✨

I saw a lot of these postings the past couple of days. Always struggle a bit with a whole year to cover in advance with good intentions. Not being a detail focused person I admire people that have a complete plan in place for the ENTIRE 2023 🌪 but I cannot even think about doing something like that.

Well, I did LOVE this visual and perhaps some other people enjoy it too.
It gives people like me, that like high level goals, inspiration to focus on one BIG thing…
AND I looked for that BIG thing that I would like to add…

For me that would be CHALLENGING.. going to challenge myself and others more this year.
That’s done - I have my goal in - now sticking to it.

🤸🏼 WELCOME to MY BLOG 🤸🏼
As a young girl I was already taking care of my little puppets and was trying to teach/coach them.

I never stopped teaching/coaching in one way or another throughout my career and plan to continue to teach, coach, share and challenge through my own company 'CrescitAn' (Crescita = growth in Italian + An -> guess who that is 🤩?)

For sure I will do it today with much more fun and joy as at that time. Look at that picture, how much more serious could I be 🤓? I was just copying what I saw in my environment and today I know there are better ways to do what I did as a child with all the best intentions.

In my blog posts I will share some information on what I know now and highlight useful information and add some of my experience/food for thought.
